Posts All Over the Place

I feel like I’m traveling without leaving my seat, as I guest post and enter a blog carnival.

Stephanie Stiavetti invited me to guest post at Wasabimon, while she was posting here about The Life of Pi. I usually don’t post about food, but I found a travel/food subject. This post is one of the most important I have ever written.  People with food allergies can eat safely in foreign countries when they have these translation cards.

David Lee was kind enough to let me talk about my favorite country, Greece, in this warning about taking the ferry to Greek Islands. Great way to travel, but rein in your expectations. While backpacking is not my usual mode of travel, I felt comfortable over at Go Backpacking. Thanks, Dave.

And my post on Spenser’s Boston made its way into the Carnival of Cities being hosted this month by the Happy Hotelier.
